What does JP Cloud Systems do?

We are an IT consulting and services company. We help organizations with cloud consulting and migration, managed cloud and DevOps, ServiceNow, AI, LLM and machine learning, data engineering and analytics, application development and modernization, and IT staffing.

Do you work with organizations outside Texas?

Yes. We are based in Celina, Texas and serve clients across the United States. Most work can be delivered remotely, and we plan on-site time when an engagement benefits from it.

How does an engagement usually start?

With a conversation about your goals, timeline and constraints. From there we typically propose a short discovery or assessment so that scope, approach and cost are clear before larger work begins.

How do you approach generative AI and LLM projects safely?

We start with a specific use case and agree how quality will be measured. We keep your data within approved systems, respect existing access permissions, ground answers in your own content with citations, test against an evaluation set before launch, add guardrails and human review where decisions matter, and monitor quality and cost in production. We choose models based on your requirements, not a preferred vendor.

Which cloud platforms do you work with?

We work with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. Our advice is vendor-neutral: we recommend the platform and services that fit your workloads, skills and budget.

Can you provide consultants for contract or permanent roles?

Yes. Our IT staffing service supports contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire needs, as well as dedicated teams for larger programs.

How do you handle security and confidentiality?

We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions. During delivery we follow your security policies, use least-privilege access and keep sensitive information within the systems you approve.
